Instructional Clinics Try Me Week
6 a.m. – 9 p.m. | Student Recreation Center
Not sure which clinic to take? Try one, two or as many as you would like for FREE during TRY ME WEEK. Each clinic will be offering a demo of the regularly scheduled class. All instructional clinics will be available. Participants will be entered into a drawing for each demo they attend. Two students will be selected to receive a coupon for a free Instructional clinic of their choice. So try one (or four!) to find the clinic that is right for you.Classes offered daily. Visit the Student Recreation Center website for class schedules. Valid Panther ID required for entry.
Mega Enrollment Services Center
8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. | Student Center Ballroom
The Mega Enrollment Services Center is a centralized enrollment services center where new students can receive assistance with all their enrollment needs, as well as additional support for getting off to a successful start at Georgia State. Services include: Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar, Immunization, University Housing, Auxiliary and Support Services, Bookstore, and Information Systems & Technology. Sponsored by Enrollment Services.
Ask Me Booths
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. | Various Locations
Trying to find your way around? Stop by one of the Ask Me Booths located around campus during the first week of classes. Faculty, staff and students will be on hand to guide you with directions and maps, plus you’ll get a Georgia State freebie! Sponsored by the Office of Student Involvement.
Pop Into Career Services
1 – 3 p.m. | University Center 260
Come learn about how University Career Services can help you find a job or internship, choose a major, and prepare for grad school.  Discover all of the resources UCS has to offer, whether it is finding an internship abroad, writing a resume, or learning more about your personality and skills.  University Career Services staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have and will be handing out free popcorn! Graduate & Non-traditional Student Social

We invite graduate and non-traditional students to join us for this networking event during Panther Welcome. Light refreshments will be served. Sponsored by the Office of Student Involvement.
Evening in the Rec
6 – 9 p.m. | Student Recreation Center & Pool Patio
Games, music, food, and fun all ending with a pool party.  Come see what programs we offer here.  We’ll have a glimpse of each program for you to test or view.  Sponsored by Recreational Services.
LGBTQIQA Student, Faculty, and Staff Welcome Reception
5 – 6:30 p.m. | Veteran’s Memorial Hall
In conjunction with Panther Welcome, and in collaboration with the Counseling & Testing Center, Student Health Promotions, and the Student Health Clinic, this annual event invites members of the LGBTQIQA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Questioning, and Asexual) community and their supportive heterosexual allies to campus each year.  Come and meet the staff of the Multicultural Center.  Everyone is welcome.  Refreshments provided.  Please bring your Panther ID.
